What can be easier than peeling a banana or biting into a luscious bunch of grapes or an apple. Fresh raw fruits & vegetables have live enzymes in them. Enzymes help to heal us, revitalize & cleanse our bodies. Fresh raw fruits & vegetable enzymes are like soap for our inside & allow the vitamins , minerals, & antioxidants to get to their destination in a more productive manner.
