Anime Ringtones – Crystalline Sounds On Your Phone
If you are anything like me you will have no idea what I am talking about when I say the word anime. Until about 20 minutes ago I had no idea what it was, and I definitely didn’t know that there was such a thing as anime ringtones.Apparently anime is what my friends and I always called Japanimation. I am sure that all those cartoons are not made in Japan but, well that is what we always called them. You know the cartoons, the ones with the weird backgrounds and the people with the really sharp facial features. All the girls are half naked and when they fight they always have a sword or something in their hand and the background blurs together. We always called it Japanimation but I am sure anime is the more correct term.
Well apparently there are actually anime ringtones, however I can not say I have ever heard one, not that I would know it if I did. There are even entire websites devoted to anime ringtones. Apparently as stated on one website there was a severe deficit of anime ringtones so someone had to create a site just for them. I wonder how many people actually use them? Maybe there is a huge underground movement that I don’t even know about being driven by a love for anime theme songs.
The thing that confounds me, is that I have seen the cartoons, and can’t say any type of music sticks out in my head as being characteristic of the shows. But, as I said before, I don’t exactly know that much about them and can’t say I would even know where to go to watch one should I want to. However if you are a lover of anime, rest assured that should you really truly desire and anime ringtone for your cell phone, they are out there.
